Monthly Parking

WHAT: CPM offers monthly parking passes for use at various parking lots across Chicago; parkers pay a flat monthly rate for in-and-out parking privilges at local lots, offering convenience and value.

WHO: Monthly parking is ideal for area residents, business owners, area employees and more.

HOW: Chambers of Commerce and Alderman are encouraged to contact CPM to work together to dedicate lots to monthly parking and support local community needs.

Recently, the City of Chicago and Cook County have instituted a new tax structure for parking within the city and county, beginning January 1, 2012. Listed below, you will find the 2011 monthly rate along with the new 2012 monthly rate.
