Request Refund
We are sorry you had a payment issue with the Pay Box or you paid for a Pay Box in a closed area. Please follow these simple steps to submit your “Refund Request Form” in order for Chicago Parking Meters to investigate your claim. Please note that all refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original transaction date.
1. First, call the CPM helpdesk at 877.242.7901. Please ensure that you document the Pay Box ID # (located on digital screen of Pay Box) and the time of the transaction.
2. The helpdesk agent will make a record of the claim and direct you to the Chicagometers.com web site to print and fill out the “Refund Request Form.” If you do not have internet access the helpdesk agent will email, fax or mail the form to you.
3. Proceed to fill out the “Refund Request Form”, make a copy of your credit card statement* (if applicable) and your receipt.
*Please ensure that all credit card account information is blacked out & omitted from your statement.
4. Please fill out the form in its entirety. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
5. Mail the request form and all additional materials to:

You may also email refund request forms to refunds@lazparking.com.
6. CPM will contact you through email with a refund check or details into why a refund was not given.
